From Missy Elliott to J. Cole to Nicki Minaj to Taylor Swift (!), oodles of the industry's top artists congratulated Cardi B after she nabbed that coveted No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.

Azealia Banks was not one of them.

The 26-year-old Harlem native lit up Twitter with a tirade Tuesday night, slamming Ms. Belcalis Almanzar as "the poor man's nicki (Minaj)" and criticizing her success.

"Black industry men are too hype for this Latina girl I've never seen them jump like this for Remy or Nicki," Banks wrote on her alt account @XOCheapy. "Spinning this 'for the culture' story when they are simply letting white men at Atlantic buy them into hating their own women."

"Charlemagne (Tha God) and black men in hiphop should have gotten me, remy AND nicki a number one before they gave cardi or iggy (Azalea) one," she added. "But literally white guys buy black men away from black women and it's sooo cringe."

You can see Banks' (since-deleted) thread below:

Not having Banks' diss, the 24-year-old Bronx rapper popped on social media a few hours later to throw some shade of her own in the form of a video showing Banks dancing to "Bodak Yellow" — the very same song that got Cardi on the top of the Hot 100.

"One of the reasons Bodak Yellow went #1! Cuz even the HATERS love it!" Cardi captioned the clip.

It's safe to say that Twitter was LIVING for Cardi's clap back.

Banks briefly deactivated her Twitter account in the wake of the backlash, but don't let that fool you into thinking that's where their beef ended last night. OHHH no. We're just getting started.

Some observant fans noticed that Banks continued to drag Cardi in her Instagram story, taking their beef even further by accusing Cardi of ghostwriting "Bodak Yellow" (among many other things).

Banks also posted a savage comment under the video that Cardi shared on Instagram, writing: "We know you f*ck for raps, girl. Just like a typical audobon avenue smut. keep it up !"

Cardi's producer's account was her next target:

One of Cardi's friends later hopped into Banks' DMs and challenged her to a fight, which went just as well as you'd expect.

Cardi's sister Hennessy eventually got involved, too.

And now the Bardi Gang is flooding Banks' comments with high-heeled shoe emojis. (Like "red bottoms," get it?)

Are you taking a side in the Banks vs. Bardi feud, or are you just waiting patiently for the (inevitable) diss tracks?
