In case you haven't heard, James Franco is quite an intellectual. He's well-known as a Freaks and Geeks alum, but the Oscar-nominated actor is no stranger to higher education. In order to study a variety of disciplines, like English, film-making and creative writing, Franco attended prominent schools like; UCLA, Columbia, NYU, Yale, Brooklyn College, Warren Wilson College, and the Rhode Island School of Design. And despite of having a busy schedule as an actor, he's actually taught in some of them!
I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure he borrowed the Time Turner from Hermione Granger.
Holding a bachelor's degree in English and an MFA in creative writing, Franco decided to impart his knowledge to students and taught film at two different institutions: New York University and the California Institute of Arts in 2011 and 2012, respectively.
And like all professors, he's been subject to scrutiny by his students on RateMyProfessors.com.
So here's the lowdown on Professor Franco:
He's an Easy A.
Students think he's easy on the eyes. I couldn't agree more!
Some pointed out his being too emotional.
And that he's not very good at grading papers. Nor reading them.
They also think he's Mr. Sleepyhead.
And kind of flakey.
But some think he's not too bad.
Some even say he's their favorite film professor!
Way to go, Professor James Franco!!
